All deliveries will be sent via An Post, Ireland's regular postal service.

Orders are typically dispatched within one working day of purchase.

An Post delivery within Ireland and Great Britain generally takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to other European countries generally take 3-5 working days, while international deliveries may take 5-10 working days.

Returns

At www.feelgoodscarves.com we only want satisfied customers, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly refund you in full (excluding postal charges if applicable) or if requested offer a replacement.

We must receive returned items within 10 days of receiving the goods. The items must be in perfect condition, unused in its original packaging and with any tags intact. We suggest that you use recorded delivery for returns as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned goods.

www.feelgoodscarves.com will accept all postal costs relating to faulty goods. Where goods are exchanged, a postal charge will apply.
